Year 10 Castle Trip

Year 10 History students took part in a great trip to Castle Museum in Norwich.  Students completed a range of workshops about ‘Medicine Through Time’.

The purpose of the trip was to introduce students to ‘Medicine Through Time’ as this will be the next unit that they will be studying.  Students undertook workshops that were focussed on key areas of medicine and medical development, from the medieval era through to the modern day.  The behaviour and focus of Year 10 was exemplary on this trip and the museum staff commented on how well behaved Hobart students were.

All the students were engaged in the sessions and gained a great deal of knowledge which will be highly beneficial in their next unit of study.
